AUSTRALIAN STANDARD* ORDERS:

Bottle4Bottle offers FREE shipping on all standard orders over $200 within Australia. 
Standard orders shipped within Australia under $200 attract a flat shipping rate of $9.99, or $19.99 express.

Please Note: Bulk or heavy orders may incur a surcharge based on your order volume.

*STANDARD orders include professional tanning solutions, retails self-tanning products and tanning disposables.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD* ORDERS:

Standard orders - $19.99 - International Post.

All orders are usually shipped with Fedex or StarTrack, or at times Australia Post, this will be determined by our warehouse team at the time of picking your order and is based on each the size of your order & the fastest delivery method.

 

Signing for deliveries:

All deliveries must be signed for, unless you select the option to give authority for your parcel to be left at your premises without signature* at your risk.

We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address if unattended at the time of delivery.

If you wish for your parcel to be left at your premises without signature please select this option at Checkout and leave instructions for parcel placement in the comments section.

Changing shipping address:

We attempt to process and ship your order as soon as possible after you place it. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on +61 459 908 780.

 

International shipping:

We have exclusive flat rate shipping to nearly every country in the world.

 

Delivery times:

For Australian orders you should expect your order within 2-8 business days depending on location with standard postage, or 1-4 business days with express postage. A business day is Monday through to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For international orders, this will heavily depend on your country's postal speed, however most international parcels are received within 2 weeks from dispatch.

Our warehouse team will do everything they can to dispatch your order to you within one full working day of placing your order. However, whilst we usually stock 90% of the items listed on bottle4bottle.com, inevitably we are in the hands of our suppliers. Consequently, delays may occur.
