Is Bottle 4 Bottle a non-profit entity?

Bottle 4 Bottle has been setup by founders and directors Sam and Brooke to be a sustainable, socially responsible for-profit company. However, profit is not the heart of the journey, the journey is about the power of giving and saving lives with the everyday purchases YOU make. We believe this model can be extremely powerful. Our for-profit mentality means we do not need to rely on donations and handouts to expand, which means we can fill milk bottles at a much faster rate then if we were a non-profit attempting to raise capital and funding for a project

How do I know when my purchase will fill a milk bottle?

It is our intention on our site to take you on a journey. To allow you to be part of the journey. Every time you make a purchase on our site, it is tracked, you receive a statement saying how many milk bottles you filled.

We then at regular intervals purchase the milk formula to match the bottle 4 bottle promise. We deliver that formula, and you will be notified by email that your purchase has been delivered, and also where it has been delivered.

I can't find my favourite beauty brands here, how do I get them on board?

The world is full of beauty brands, and right now we are a small startup. We have however put the framework in for fast expansion and our fulfilment is capable of adding many more brands quickly. So, if we haven't got the brands on here you want to see, notify the brand first and let them know about us, get them interested. You can also send us an email and let us know the brands you want to see. Many brands won't be interested in selling through us without customers asking them to, so your voice is crucial.

How can I promote that I purchase through Bottle 4 Bottle to my customers in my salon or store?

We have visual merchandise available and will be bringing out more. You can also get the bottle 4 bottle t-shirt, display your products as all products bought on our website come with our sticker on them, and even display the thank you postcard you received in your box with your order. We would also love it if you, promoted us on your face book or social network accounts and please also feel free to advocate on your website that you proudly support the bottle 4 bottle journey through the products you purchase.

Do You Deliver to PO Box's?

Unfortunately due to courier requirements we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as the majority of orders require a signature on receipt.  Orders are delivered during business hours so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address.

Is My Order On Its Way To Me?

You will be emailed through a confirmation once your order has been packed and dispatched.  The email will advise of the freight company used and all necessary tracking information.

Do I Have To Pay Customs Charges?

For orders shipping to New Zealand all customs and/or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination, and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Can I Amend My Order?

All orders can be amended so long as they have not been packed and shipped.  If they have, an additional order will need to be placed.  Please email our friendly team at admin@bottle4bottle.com.au  or phone us on 1300 856 460 to see what we can do.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.  When you place an order with BOTTLE 4 BOTTLE the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse.  If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

What Can I do If Something Is Wrong With My Order?

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to BOTTLE 4 BOTTLE within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, by email only, to admin@bottle4bottle.com.au If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by you of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. If you received the order incorrectly, the property in the Goods remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as full legal and equitable owner until such time as the purchaser accepts the goods as mentioned above. You will not be charged for re-delivery of items under this clause.
